UPCOMING EVENTS Holiday parties We will be having a small party the last 15 minutes of each class. Please bring a food item to share (juice boxes will be provided). If you would like your child to participate in a gift exchange bring a $10 wrapped gift to class. Parties will be December 7th – December 12th. Winter performance Date: Saturday, December 12th Time: 4:30pm – 6:30pm (We need all students to be there by 3:30pm for finale rehearsal) *doors will open at 4:00pm Location: Spring Valley middle school 3900 Conrad drive in Casa de Oro. The cross street is Campo road. I’m trying to arrange for parking below the school in the district parking lot. Entrance fee: $5 per person (3 through adult) Free- 2 and under We will be selling refreshments at the performance. We will gladly accept any food donations the day of the performance (brownies, cookies, etc). Also, if anyone would like to help sell refreshments sign up at the studio with Lisa. Raffle We will be holding a raffle at the winter performance for an iPod shuffle and other prizes. Each student will be given 20 raffle tickets to try and sell for a $1 donation. All unsold tickets should be turned in at the performance or in class. Winter break The studio will be closed December 14, 2009 thru Sunday, January 3rd. Classes resume Monday, January 4th. 2010 Costumes – you will be notified in January the costumes we will be using for the recital in June. You may pay for them all at once or in 2 payments. The first payment will be in January with tuition. The final payment will be in February. Costumes should arrive by May. If you have any special concerns please talk with your instructor or Suzanne. **when the month is prorated the single class price is $15.
